When movies were shot on physical film, the film was measured in feet. This is why any recorded thing is now called ‘footage.'

Why they wanted to kpai Jesus in tomorrow's Gospel. Jesus said clearly "before Abraham ever was, I AM." And they hated it. What does the statement mean? 1. By saying "before Abraham was," Jesus is claiming to exist prior to one of the most important figures in Jewish history. 2. Notice he doesn't say, "Before Abraham was, I was." Using the present tense "I AM" suggests a state of being that has no beginning and no end. 3. The most explosive part of this statement is the phrase "I AM." In the Old Testament (Exodus 3:14), when Moses asks God for His name, God replies: "I AM WHO I AM." By using this specific phrase, Jesus is identifying himself with the God of the Hebrew Bible (Yahweh). To his listeners at the time, this wasn't just a confusing sentence; it was a direct claim to be God. 4. I know you like what you have just read. Sha, kindly like and retweet so that we don't fight 😂

Tomorrow's Gospel is funny like mad. Jesus' haters said he (Jesus) is possessed. And his haters like to use Abraham to brag. Jesus told them, Abraham is my boy oh. Abraham longed to see my day, and he saw it and rejoiced. Baba shocked them by saying, before Abraham ever was I AM. This statement pained them. They carried stone and wanted to Ayotallah him. In my subsequent posts I will explain the meaning of "before Abraham ever was, I AM." And why it pained them.

I was in Walmart using the restroom and just as I closed my stall door... a voice from the next stall said, “Hi! How are you?” Embarrassed... I said, “I’m alright!!" The voice said, "So what are you up to?” I said, “Ummm... Just trying to handle a little private business over here!” Then I hear, “Can I come over?” Annoyed... I said “Excuse me?!?!." Then the voice said, “Listen, I will have to call you back, there’s an idiot in the next stall answering all my questions!”

The thief on the cross was saved by perfect contrition and implicit desire for Baptism and the Church in a moment of extraordinary grace outside the ordinary means of salvation established by Christ. Sola Fide also collapses here too. The thief’s final act was not faith alone detached from all response, but an incredible act of repentance, hope, and submission to Christ in the only way left to him. He was not a lifelong Protestant refusing the sacraments, he was a dying man given a unique and unrepeatable grace.

Day 1 OPENING PRAYER FOR EVERY DAY (To be said before the Chaplet of the Precious Blood of Jesus) O God, our heavenly Father, out of love for the human family, you willed your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to be our Redeemer through the shedding of his blood. Blessing and thanksgiving be evermore to Jesus. Who with his blood has saved us. We give you thanks for the gift of our Lord’s blood, which he shed until the last drop for our salvation. May the blood of Jesus, shed for us, purify us and protect us from all evil. In the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, we drink the blood of the new and eternal covenant. May it give us peace and may it unite us with all the human family, especially with the poor and the marginalized. May the Precious Blood of Jesus become for us the blood of life, of unity and of peace. May this mystery of love and grace fill our hearts with the Holy Spirit. United with the Blood of Christ, may we participate with Christ in the work of redeeming our world of today. Praise to the blood of Jesus. Now and forever. Amen.

Rev Fr. Stephen Njoku: A true model of Catholic Prayer Centre spiritual director. Anyone who wants to know how charismatic priests or the so called spiritually gifted brothers and sisters are meant to operate in the Catholic Church should remember the life of Rev. Fr. Stephen Njoku. He is a good example to the spiritually gifted Catholics (Both priests/Religious and lay faithful) in Nigeria. Here are the very last words of Rev. Fr Stephen Njoku to those gathered at the Upper Room Prayer Ministry shortly before his death : "God alone is our refuge and our security, make Him your refuge and feel okay here, as we your teachers are leaving your scene and leaving this world, never forget this." The Late Fr. Stephen Njoku died on the 29th of December 2012 after a brief illness. He was a powerful but obedient priest of the Catholic diocese of Enugu Diocese though originated from the Catholic Diocese of Ahiara. He was the founder of famous as of then and still operating currently without him, “Upper Room Prayer Ministry, Enugu Nigeria “. Although, he is dead his Upper Room Ministry still lives on and remains a centre for spiritual retreat, catechesis, deliverance, exorcism, spiritual counseling, and adoration to the Holy Eucharist. Fr. Stephen Njoku was in deed a true Catholic and obedient son of the Church. I had the privilege to serve at the Holy mass he celebrated as an Altar boy when he came to my resident Parish, Our Lady of the Rosary parish, Emene, Enugu. I so much admired how he followed the rubrics of the Holy Eucharist without any form of alteration or improvisation. He is dead but his good legacy lives on. May his life challenge those of us who claim we have spiritual gifts and claim we are higher and wiser or even more spiritual than the church. Including those who masquerade piety on social media and celebrate massive digital hypocrisy. The questions we should ask ourselves are: When I die will my so called ministry remain flourishing within the church or as a private business enterprise? What good legacy will I leave behind? Even more seriously is the question, Will I even make heaven with my pride, arrogance and disobedience to constituted Catholic authority? His life remains an inspiration for those who have special spiritual gifts and who run prayer centers. He lived and died in obedience and respect to his Bishop and to the Church: The prayer center he founded is still active and many souls are still delivered and nourished daily without his presence since he placed Jesus in the Holy Eucharist at the center of the prayer center and not an empty decorated altar with a bottle of Goya oil and photos and portraits of himself littering everywhere while all the music and songs are turned to the self and vainglorious exhibition. Kyrie Eleison! He never did the latter! There was nothing like “Daddying” or “mummying” anyone who claims to be a founder of a prayer center then. Now, the crucial but important questions are : If the Spiritual director or Daddy of the prayer center you attend currently died, will you continue to go there? Will the prayer centre continue to exist if he died? May the soul of Rev Fr. Stephen Njoku and the souls of the departed, through the mercy of God rest in Peace. Amen 🙏🏽 Kyrie Eleison! ©️ Fra Fra Francis Ezeh OFMCap #CatholicTwitter

There are many Catholic spaces. There is catholic hymn space. There's the Catholic rosary space. There's daily readings and Sunday readings space. There's Guided Meditation space. I've never seen you in any of these.
