@HM_Passport I sent my passports for renewal for me and my daughters renewals mid-march. I have had mine back but not my children, we are due to fly 6th May!! Can't get through to call or online chat and have filled in the online form twice for no reply. Absolutely shocking!!!! Please sort !!

@Punishe20609282 @HM_Passport The upgrade team will only open emails if your due to travel within 2 weeks I didn't use the upgrade service, I was fortunate that I got it sorted threw an alternative route. We had applied for replacement and passed the timeframe and still hadn't received it.

@HM_Passport told to send email to Glasgow upgrade team last Tuesday! Call today to say shouldn’t have been told to do that my passport is in Peterborough!!! Send email there!!! I travel on Tuesday passport still at waiting since the 8th of April. What is going on!!

@Shanell94786030 @MilfNotts @minxmand @HM_Passport You might be ok if you have 7 days to go … we fly on 4th May and still holding out hope. Have you emailed the upgrade team. Some people have been contacted 48 hours before they fly and they can collect the passport.

Can't thank sir @J_Donaldson_MP for his help, me and my family appreciate it so grateful. This is the 2nd time we have had his help, make your vote count guys and vote for someone that actually helps the normally working class family.
