Why does the heart-rate tracking during workouts sometimes feel wildly off?
Spikes that don’t match effort. Flat lines during intense sets. Numbers that don’t make physiological sense.
Anyone compare it side-by-side with Polar/Garmin chest straps?
Curious how big the gap really is.
