Avoid shopping at @AmazonUK at all cost. My order was thrown in the garden in heavy rain yesterday, one being a mattress topper that is now fully soaked but I can’t have a refund until my item that I can’t even attempt to return because it is saturated in water is sent back!!

@AmazonHelp Nope, just been told to return. It’s heavy because it’s wet so I can’t return. I’ve told them to collect it themself but that’s not good enough either. Worst customer service I’ve ever recieved. I’ve been refunded for the other two items without a return but not for this one,why

@AmazonHelp I have been dealing with your customer service since yesterday evening and it’s been very poor, I’ve been told that unless I return the item I can’t have a refund. I would return it if I could but I’ve told them 10 times I can’t return it!! It’s soaking!! I shop with you alot!

@AmazonHelp To little to late.I’ve spoken to various members of your team tonight who have been rude and unsympathetic. Now I won’t even be refunded for my prime membership when I close my account even though I’ve just paid it. 4 people in my family that will be cancelling their accounts now
