Whoever wins in the U.S elections, the job for Christians will remain the same: Love God. Love your neighbor. Do justice. Love mercy. Walk humbly. Proclaim the gospel. Offer/take the sacraments. No matter what happens, that is the job.

@pastordmack The same Christians who had no problem seeing Christian leaders pray over Trump suddenly have a problem with Christians praying for Kamala Harris. The American evangelical church is inviting the chastening of God.

While a segment of the White evangelical church hates and lies on VP Kamala Harris, the VP is being covered by powerful, Scripture-filled, affirmative prayer by one of America’s largest Black churches. Black churches have always had to serve as the kingdom culture alternative to the racist elements inherent in a certain segment of White evangelicalism. Watching & listening to this prayer & reception for the VP was therapeutic given the evil & diabolical treatment received on yesterday.
