Then the patriarchy kicks in and protects awful behaviour coming from these traits, as long as profit is coming.

@jimmycarr @TullipR Some wisdom here. But the CEO take is naive. Much of the reason there are more CEOs is called the patriarchy. There are plenty of women eager to bet on themselves and take risks but they are passed over and not given the opportunities. The old boys’ network look after each other.

I have just left Parliament after the puberty blockers debate.
Firstly, thank you to each and every one of you who signed my petition and made this debate possible.
There were some incredibly impassioned speeches against the trial and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel emotional at times.
The most important statement actually came from an MP who supports the trial, when she said, without a hint of irony:
“We must not sacrifice vulnerable children on the alter of ideology.”
I couldn’t agree more. That is why we should not allow a single child to ingest this poison.
Rest assured, the debate was just one part of a much bigger plan. Our Judicial Review continues in haste.
If this government does not cancel the trial voluntarily, we will legally compel them to cancel it.

It is a charity, Hatzola, which was set up, funded and run by the Jewish community on behalf of the whole community (anyone who needs it, regardless of race or religion).

@slyowusu @ZacGoldsmith OMG. Ambulances need two staff, usually an EMT and a paramedic. They collectively cost around £100,000 to pay, insure, train, etc per year.
Or they could be staffed by skilled volunteers for £0, by a charity that bought the ambulances, the kit and pays for the upkeep and fuel.
