@CBHeresy @MaxNordau This is the same man who offered his life to free all the hostages from Gaza. They completely mistreated him and handled the entire thing terribly. You can acknowledge a mistake without saying they did this so conspiracy theorists didn’t win.

No one is happy that the Israeli government locked down all holy sites — especially on Palm Sunday — but my God, can you imagine if the Patriarch of Jerusalem was murdered in an act of terrorism? Many would say it was a “conspiracy.” Jews would bear the blame for centuries.

I appreciate the Israeli government’s security concerns. I understand that they’ve closed all holy sites. They have no right whatsoever to ban the Latin Patriarch from the Holy Sepulchre on any occasion, much less on Palm Sunday.
