Denying euthanasia to people dying in agony is state-sponsored torture. There is no ambiguity. It's torture.
The question is how to balance these 2 considerations.

Few, if any, accused her of being an antisemite because she said killing kids in Gaza is wrong. Everyone knows that. She was accused of being an antisemite because she focuses on Gaza at the expense of any number of other atrocities. She advances the belief -- by now, religion among progressives and a growing number of woke-rightists -- that there is something uniquely pernicious about Israel doing battle with terrorists (who, tragically, often hide behind children).
You know all this, no doubt, but, in the service of your own brand-building, prefer to tweet the thing that will reaffirm your followers' previously held beliefs.
