@TMobileHelp She said goodbye. Checked my email (the one I pasted) and it unceremoniously told me my order was canceled. It was a very broken process -- never experienced anything like it.

@TMobileHelp Then about five minutes later I unexpectedly received another call from T-Mobile. It was a different person, asking me a ton of questions to "verify" my purchase. More personal information, past addresses, etc. Very odd, but I gave her all of my info. (continued...)
