God I love intelligent women. This one has a very interesting take on Gaucho and she has totally chsnged my mind because as a teacher, I've seen people who serve in the board. A school like Kapsabet Bois has a board member who doesn't know English! She has totally convinced me!

I'm randomly reminded of the 1969 Aliens Compliance Order in Ghana. Prime minister Kofi Busia, Oxford educated and Washington-backed implemented a disastrous policy that gave African immigrants roughly 2 weeks to leave the country. He forced them to hand over their businesses to native Ghanaians who didn't know fuck all about running them. He also implemented textbook SAP policies. 40%+ devaluation of the cedi, slashed public spending etc. Now Busia would have had no business near Accra if not for the fact that your favorite three letter agency supported the coup against Nkrumah because he was a bit too socialist for them. 57 years later and it's looking like these dumb fuck south Africans want to tow the same path. After the Oyibo have isolated you people from the rest of the continent within a decade or two, then they will come for you. And unlike the struggle against apartheid, nobody will speak for you. They will create a new Israel on your coast and before you know it all of you, Zulu, Xhosa, Venda or whatever will be presenting identity cards to enter Johannesburg and Pretoria. It's just matter of time if you're not careful. You clowns... fighting against your fellow black man on the plantation instead of marching on the masters house and fitting him with a sturdy noose. Idiots

At this rate I won't be surprised to see an African Kristallnacht happen in Durban or Cape Town. ... And it will be their greatest undoing. Because when the Oyibo-controlled media has finished giving them enough rope to fit around their own necks, the same Oyibo will come and kick the stool from under them. They will demonize South Africa. If 5 Zimbabweans get their Jaws broken in a random brawl in Soweto, CNN and Fox News will say they burned 50 of their fellow Africans alive. They will isolate them from the rest of the continent. So when a US aircraft carrier sails on the cape of good hope to "stop the violence" or "prevent white genocide", South Africa will have no friends north of Limpopo. It's almost destiny at this point. The colonizers have and will NEVER forgive their ooga booga neighbors for forcing them to give up many privileges (even though they still call most of the shots behind the scenes) But then again, it's not too surprising because these kom kom heads are EXACTLY what you get when your "revolutionary" leader is a Mandela and not a Mao or even a Sankara. He didn't redistribute land like Mao did. He didn't send enough of the colonizers and uncle Toms to the gallows. He didn't even properly nationalize key industries at gunpoint. All the poor, melanated shanty-town residents got were kabuki theaters like the Truth and Reconciliation Commission... A useless farce that achieved fuck all except entertainment on TV when people got to scream and cry and yell at each other. The land remained in the hands of the colonizers. The Oppenheimers still run the show. The Stellenbosch networks are alive and kicking. ... And the South African state STILL does not have full control of the means of production. But.... like their obstinate cousins from West Africa, most of these Mamelodi Sundown niggas don't care for nuance or thinking in systems. As long as they get to harass their marginally less impoverished Nigerian or Zimbabwean neighbor, they are fulfilled. Olodos.

Politicians and activists have been trying to recreate the June 2024 protests without success. That kind of rage is hard to recreate and the unity from people in all sectors is even harder. The era of commercialization of rage and protests is over.

We started serious talk about the HoAGDP in the period between 20018-2020. It's in 2025/26 that we secured WB funding. Will NIF put an end to such funding delays? This is pathetic. The socio-economic costs are too high. Resolve this & we record a big leap in nominal GDP.

Nairobi Expressway is 27 kilometres and cost about KSh 88 billion, that’s roughly KSh 3.25 billion per kilometre ☺️☺️ And that’s a four-lane road. Rironi - Mau Summit Road, 175 km main stretch + 58 km (Rironi–Maai Mahiu–Naivasha) is costing about KSh 187 billion. That’s less than KSh 1 billion per kilometre. And remember, key sections like Nairobi to Naivasha will be six lanes. But the Expressway is “good,” Mau Summit is “bad,” and Kasongo must go… Alright 😅

Elon Musk has posted 50 times about South Africa in just 7 days, and Zimbabweans are just as angry as he is. This is because they both desperately need South Africa to allow Starlink in. We all know that the Starlink constellation is the largest array of satellites in the world. However, even with all of those satellites, Starlink still needs to connect to internet data centres on the ground. The satellites have to beam the data down to a ground station, which then sends the data across the internet using undersea cables. This is where South Africa comes in as one of the most connected countries on the continent with seven of the major undersea cables landing in Cape Town and Durban. These are the cables connecting Africa’s internet directly to Europe, Asia and the Americas. Because of this, Elon Musk wants to build a Starlink ground station in South Africa because it would ensure he gets fast, stable, high capacity routes straight into the global internet. Beyond the cables, South Africa also has world-class data centres alongside Tier 3+ infrastructure, which means high uptime, power redundancy, cooling and security. NAPAfrica, one of the largest internet exchange points on the continent is also in South Africa, with facilities in Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg. So, it should be clear that Starlink in SA is not about selling satellite dishes to households. It’s about plugging into the continent’s internet backbone and using South Africa to build a solid launch pad for a robust infrastructure build. Elon Musk can turn on Starlink in every single country on the continent, but without South Africa, he reaches a dead end and can never get his service to work properly on the continent. This also explains why some Zimbabweans are livid about South Africa not letting Starlink in. The service will just not work well over there without South Africa’s participation. OK, but if this is so important to Starlink why is Elon Musk stubbornly refusing to adhere to straightforward BEE requirements? Well, as pointed above, South Africa’s value to Starlink is mostly as infrastructure backbone, not as a massive retail customer base. We all know he won’t get any meaningful number of customers in SA. There’s simply no market for it. Musk just wants to use South Africa to route through neighbouring countries, and to him, this is not worth giving up a 30% stake in South Africa’s operations. For Musk, the BEE thing is just a strategic business decision. All that racism talk is just a smokescreen for a hard-nosed business choice.
