Don’t be afraid to experiment with your hooks when making youtube shorts! I posted a clip and after 1 hour and 22 mins there was hardly any shorts feed views (11). Normally a bad performing short would be at around 200 views at this point in time. So I uploaded the same exact clip but changed the hook and now it has 800+ views and climbing after an hour. Here’s what I learned. In the first attempt my hook was “how much did they pay to put them in the game.” Versus: “007 First Light has CRAZY guest appearances.” I used YouTube’s Ask Studio to analyze the performance and it said my hook wasn’t grasping the viewers attention so they were swiping away. So I decided to shorten it and it paid off! I’ve had this happen to me countless times in the past and making this adjustment always helps. Let me know if you’ve ever experienced something similar and follow if you like these kind of insights.

The fact only 1 person found it again today makes no sense to me with the boost. I'm starting to wonder if it has some sort of requirements for spawning and not just found in chests. Anyone got any ideas? Something like a certain location, quest finished, steps, or really anything.

Every YouTube video should be earning you sales. You used to need 20k subscribers to tag products. Now you need 500. You earn 15% commission on every product sale. Most creators don't use this feature. Turn on Shopping in the "Earn" tab and tag a product in your next video.
