New Modly update 🚀 Modly v0.4.1 is out with workflow improvements, stability fixes, better extension installs, and a new macOS builder that now produces a .dmg installer. The website now has a dedicated extensions section to discover every models and process available in Modly. You can now use Modly on MacOS more easily !

On the latest 0.4 version, we reached around 5k installs after only 3 weeks. The project keeps growing, thank you all ! 🙏

Exploring "Spacetime Gaussian Feature Splatting for Real-Time Dynamic View Synthesis" running on macOS, no CUDA. Implemented the training step on Brush (Rust / WGPU / Metal). First test: 1000 iterations/frame. 50 frames → ~20 MB, ~1 ms on GPU. Plays at 120 fps with three.js.

@carlosjuliandev @cevenif No, it’s completely free. If you have an NVIDIA GPU, you can use all the models. Otherwise, for AMD and macOS, model support is still currently in development. And no, it doesn’t use any cloud AI like NanoBanana, Claude, Midjourney, etc.

Someone integrated Pixal3D into Modly This was generated fully locally on a GPU with only 8GB VRAM You just need to create your workflow directly in Modly, then let it generate the 3D model
