After an RTC involving drivers of a car, coach & motorcycle on the #M25 red X’s where put up over lane 3,4 & 5 with warnings of lane closures 2 miles prior to the incident. Still cars are in all lanes right up to the incident with an injured party laying in the road as we arrive
