@CasinoCapital Based on various people I spoke to most people bar the odd outlier were 12-15% off their target time. Most of us have trained in 14 degrees max for 4-5 months and then got that heat! I was trying for sub 4 today and ended up 4:44. Just couldn’t lower my HR mile 8 onwards.

We encourage people to voice opinions about how better our standards of refereeing can be as we look to improve. What we don’t encourage is ex-players coming across as extremely bitter because one decision didn’t go his team’s way. Be better than John Hartson.
