It really is depressing how incredibly predictable this entire presidency was. All he's cared about is enriching himself. He never had any interest at all and actually governing. But he made a bunch of insanely unrealistic promises, and the media just completely let him get away with not having a plan to do anything. And millions of voters believed the biggest liar in the history of politics. And now we are here.

@agraybee He never bleached his face. It was all cream-based evener and makeup. And he didn't do that many cosmetic surgeries, only two on his nose and one on his chin. The other surgeries were reconstructive ones on his scalp.

None of these issues actually affect his life in any meaningful way, b/c he's a coddled millionaire who gets money thrown at him for sitting at home & reading Twitter comments. It's very easy to make ISRAEL your one & only litmus test when you're completely unaffected by it all.

Yeah, none of that matters anymore. If anything, having an actual record is a negative. Now you can just make some influencer videos and repeat the slop your DC consultants tell you and people will coo about your "authenticity."

Honestly looking at the guy vs Platner it’s pretty glaring (and I think bad) what a certain set of progressive DC consultants have prioritized over real experience. They built a fake person instead of recruiting the real thing.

It's also increasingly clear that, in their narcissistic myopia, the PodBros thought they could just condescend the Platner issues away w/in the sphere of hyper-online Democrats, & that would put a pin in it. They never even considered what happens next. Ban them from politics.

THEY didn't care about the Nazi tattoo, etc, etc. They thought the rest of us were lame for caring. And so none of it mattered to them. Now the Democratic Party risks getting stuck holding a grenade that does not, to put it lightly, actually have a pin in it. Narcissistic myopia.
