@ericowensdc Your reasoning is arbitrary and nonsensical. You think that children of ambassadors should not get birth citizenship, but children of illegal aliens (who by the very act of entering illegally demonstrate they do not subject themselves to U.S. law) should get citizenship. Stupid

The US can charge foreigners, in foreign countries, with violation of US laws. Ergo everyone is under US jurisdiction and the benefit of birthright citizenship.
Eric Owens@ericowensdc

@KennyWalOU812 @moronislegion It is factually true that you are subject to the jurisdiction of any nation in which you are geographically located. Stop being stupid.

@ericowensdc So now you're saying the U.S. didn't have jurisdiction to arrest Maduro? Was that illegal too? 😂

@moronislegion The United States went to Venezuela **with an army** and forcibly seized Maduro in an act of war. Do you understand that war is beyond the realm of the concept of jurisdition? Why can't I get a better class of right-wing idiots in my replies? It's sad.

@ericowensdc Venezuela refused to extradite Maduro. The United States can arrest anyone. Your argument sucks

@moronislegion Goober, honestly. If the United States charges Ivan in Russia with a crime, and Russia refuses to extradite Ivan, what happens? Is Ivan subject to U.S. law? If Uganda charges you with a crime and the U.S. won't extradite you, what happens? Anything? You suck at this. Stop.

@KennyWalOU812 @moronislegion Subject to jurisdiction means the government can arrest you. If you are *in* the United States, and not a foreign soldier or an ambassador (and then only sometimes), you're subject to the jurisdiction of the USA. Go to Japan and try not to be subject to Japanese law. Good luck!

The birthright citizenship case is really helpful. It is helping Trumpists realize: 1. They don't support the U.S. Constitution. (They're not remotely "constitutionalists.) 2. Their desired outcomes are not very popular and the Constitution won't be changed.

@Scullyy02 @moronislegion The track record doesn't matter, goober. Nor does your distaste for the 14th Amendment. Under U.S. law, anyone born in the United States who is subject to our laws when born is a full citizen, just like your dumb ass.

For nearly 250 years, Americans have gone in person to the polls to cast their votes. There's no reason we need mail in voting unless you're serving in the military or you have another extraordinary circumstance. End vote by mail.

Automatically granting citizenship to children of illegal aliens born in the U.S. is based on a historically inaccurate interpretation of the Citizenship Clause and poses a major national security risk. That reality became apparent last week when two U.S.-born children of Chinese illegal aliens were indicted for planting a potentially deadly explosive device outside MacDill Air Force Base in Florida. This incident underscores the severe national security threat that illegal immigration and birth right citizenship pose to the United States. wfla.com/news/hillsboro…

They literally had to turn off replies to this because footage of a great American city from 50 years ago is too radicalizing. This is where we are. Willfully destroyed, in every sense.

@JDStokes79 @jkimballcook Your position is truly that the drafters of the 14th amendment drafted it to allow hordes of illegal aliens to have united states citizen babies just because they managed to avoid getting removed for a while? You. Are. S-T-U-P-I-D. Or dishonest. Either way you're blocked

@moronislegion @jkimballcook It's a more polite explanation than that Lee is deliberately lying...although based on his comments and the context, I think that's more likely to be accurate.

Negro proves that White people are bad by assaulting them for no reason. In the mind of this blessed equal, he is "getting back at" these White people for their numerous dastardly crimes. What crimes, you ask? Never mind all that. White people are bad! And because white people are bad, violence is justified. If you have not yet done so, make sure that you read up on what black people did to white people in haiti, South africa, and Rhodesia (zimbabwe). Then, cross reference that with every American city, followed by every European city. It is imperative that everybody capable of noticing these patterns does so now. The psychological state is "White man bad because I said so." The punishment for "White man bad" is to overwhelm him in his own territory. Once the White man is overwhelmed, violence is Justified because White man bad. It is currently happening everywhere, and you will not move away from it. They will move to wherever you are and do it again

Multiculturalism didn’t just weaken justice...it murdered it in cold blood. The ancient right to a jury of your peers...the “little parliament” Englishmen bled for since Magna Carta...is being dismantled right now because diversity made blind justice impossible. In multiracial societies, juries don’t deliver verdicts based on evidence. They deliver ethnic loyalty and racial payback. Black and minority jurors hammer whites with guilty votes while letting their own walk free even when the crime is caught on camera. Hard data from both sides of the Atlantic proves it: massive in-group bias that turns courtrooms into tribal battlegrounds. Britain just admitted the experiment failed. In March 2026, Justice Secretary David Lammy announced they’re scrapping jury trials for nearly all crimes...only murder, rape, and a few others get to keep the illusion. Everything else goes to lone judges in their sad little “swift courts.” Not for efficiency. For survival. Lee Kuan Yew warned us decades ago: you cannot assume jurors will set aside race, religion, and tribe. The elites knew it, but instead of stopping the invasion that destroyed shared culture and shared morals, they’re euthanizing the institution rather than admit multiculturalism was a suicidal lie. When the founding people become a minority in their own courtrooms, the entire system collapses. No common conscience means no common justice. The lamp that showed freedom lives has been smashed. What’s left is managerial tyranny wearing a judge’s robe. Demography is destiny...and justice is dead. (article below)

If every republican was Thomas Massie this would happen for like 1 term and then the infinity immigration as a result of him would lead to a one party state that exists to liquidate everyone at the behest of 3rd world browns.
Jeremy Kauffman 🦔🌲🌕@jeremykauffman

If every Republican was Thomas Massie: - The Department of Education would actually be abolished - 10% of our tax money wouldn't be spent on debt service - The government would cut or eliminate welfare - America wouldn't be at war with Iran
