The US can charge foreigners, in foreign countries, with violation of US laws. Ergo everyone is under US jurisdiction and the benefit of birthright citizenship.

Black and minority jurors hammer whites with guilty votes while letting their own walk free even when the crime is caught on camera. Hard data from both sides of the Atlantic proves it: massive in-group bias that turns courtrooms into tribal battlegrounds.
Britain just admitted the experiment failed. In March 2026, Justice Secretary David Lammy announced they’re scrapping jury trials for nearly all crimes...only murder, rape, and a few others get to keep the illusion. Everything else goes to lone judges in their sad little “swift courts.” Not for efficiency. For survival.
