I have come across this clip and it has reminded me of a situation that happened on 10th and 16th of April 2026 in Bondo, Siaya. A 23 year old was electrocuted by a hanging wireline while bathing outside his residential home on 10th. A 16 year old was electrocuted by a hanging wireline while pruning a tree on the 16th of April. All the incidences happened in Bondo. In all the cases, KPLC were notified about the hanging wireline and they neglected.

This life… Day one of a small avocado orchard looks like this. Nothing glamorous. Nothing for X-pert trends. Approx 1acre carrying 120 avocado seedlings. The main work is careful preparation of the holes to ensure proper rooting. Many hands contributing each step of the way. We thank God for favorable rainfall. First yields in 3 years and full maturity yields in 10. Sounds a little like terms of a bond instrument 🤣. It is not where you start that matters. Antoine Moses, the Guinness World Record holder for the most trees planted in 24 hours, has set a new global record after a major mangrove restoration effort at Mirarani, Tudor Creek in Mombasa County. In a physically demanding 24-hour marathon, Moses planted 47,460 mangrove propagules, with the record officially confirmed at 08:01 hours. #starkenyanews
