We don’t eat processed food we cook everything from scratch. It might sound hard but we started with core meals and repeated them over and over and found that even the simplest dishes could be mastered to taste better and better with practice. Now my bean and cheese burritos are delicious, my tomato soup delicious and so many other meals I’ve made over the 4 years of staying away from processed and fast foods.
