@TUIUK there are a few hundred Cardiff bound passengers from flight TOM6233 at gate A in Palma airport with no clue about what's going on. Please get some staff down here to explain what's happening

This flight returned to Dublin due to Engine vibrations, the flight was subsequently cancelled and passengers were offloaded.
Passengers are being accommodated by other means as the aircraft is inspected.
