@IndiaPostOffice I am still waiting for my letter dispatched on 08/08/2025 thru Speed Post No. AQ912206491IN. Is this the advancement of the Indian post @JM_Scindia ? If u r not able to deliver a speed post even in 14 days better change its name.

@IndiaPostOffice How will I receive my Article No:UI590175219IN? Please update. Your staff is not attempting to deliver and just giving a false update of the address is not sufficient. Earlier also they have done such an act and only after complaints, deliver it promptly.

@IndiaPostOffice I have received msg that article not delivered due to insufficient address. It is really shocking that every other courier company is able to deliver but India post is finding the address insufficient.

@npclgrnoida No electricity in my house, Complaint no. 1819123 for No Power complaint for BP No. 20xx21 is registered. How much is your defined SLA for resolution? Please take necessary action for resolution of the same.

Whole night nobody replied or tried to contact me rather updated false resolution status during night. Plz look into this serious service deficiency.

@npclgrnoida My Complaint No. 1811087 has been closed without doing anything. There is no electricity in my house from 6:30 PM of 12/09/204. No resolution so far, nobody came to attend. Take strict action against staff who updated false resolution status & rectify my issue asap.
