Netanyahu launches terror attack on Beirut, destroying Trump’s ceasefire. We need to detach from Israel immediately.

@mad_timer @StateDept How can you dismantle a nation that has defeated you and forced you into a ceasefire you didn’t want?
English

The Islamic regime in Iran is a terrorist entity. Granting time to such a structure only facilitates its recovery and the re-expansion of its terror cells. A system of this nature can only be neutralized through total destruction.
The apparatus of suppression and the ideology of terror remain deeply embedded within its structure; unless we dismantle it now, we will inevitably witness further atrocities and the entire region being set ablaze once again.

@UgandaMediaCent @daniel_andinda @KagutaMuseveni I may not be very much politically knowledgeable, but I know one thing for sure, this man staying in power this long has saved more for Uganda than what change would bring. No one was gonna make Kampala,New York anyway.

NUP with ad hominem attacks again. If you was a intellect as you seem to define yourself as, you would be trying to prove me wrong. But again, you are projecting your deficiencies to the public.
Kindly prove me wrong and stop being that Primary School Kid. (No offense to Primary School Kids)

English

@realOkot @nextradio_ug I don’t need to spoon feed your brain. All I got to do is call out your obvious inadequacies. For example you outing things that are supposed to be fronted by primary school kids.

I watched Bobi Wine’s France 24 interview and it once again exposed the fundamental weaknesses in his political reasoning and leadership claims. Any fair assessment of his allegations must be grounded in Uganda’s political history, not in emotional theatrics. Viewed through that lens, several contradictions emerge. He seems he has not grasped that words on their own carry no weight if not accompanied with credible evidence. He talks and responds like he is still a musician.
1. He alleges that the CDF issued a "public order" to have him executed.
He does not define what distinguishes a “public” order from a “private” one, nor how he verified the nature of the alleged directive. Without such clarity, the claim collapses under its own vagueness.
2. He asserts that the CDF has a long-standing reputation for brutality.
The CDF has held the position for only two years. Reputations and especially institutional ones are built over time and through documented patterns. He provides neither.
3. He claims the CDF kills people “for fun” and has confessed to killing 24 of his own friends.
Why do we never hear the names of these "FRIENDS". If these 24 “friends” existed, he should name them. Without names, dates, or circumstances, the allegation remains unverified hearsay. A tweet, by itself, is not evidence or a confession.
4. He insists the CDF has previously threatened individuals and later killed them.
If this is factual, he should identify at least one such case. And on terminology: anyone taken into custody by any means is arrested, because it is done by the government. Is ideal? No. But every one who has been arrested in whatever method has turned up alive. The attempt to distinguish “capture” from “arrest” is rhetorical, not legal.
5. He claims his wife was beaten and hospitalized.
Barbie Kyagulanyi never mentioned being beaten the soldiers when she gave that interview in hospital. As a matter of fact there was no evidence she needed to be in hospital for physical harm. Psychology or therapeutic, most definitely she needed that. What occurred was an assault by an overzealous officer who placed his hand around her neck. Serious? yes, but not the narrative he now constructs.
6. He portrays the state’s pursuit of him as exceptional.
In reality, any individual perceived as a national security threat will be pursued, regardless of status. There being continued military presence as of 28 March reflects standard security posture, not a personal vendetta.
7. When asked whether the US assisted his escape, he refuses to answer.
By saying he “cannot name those who helped,” In response to a direct question whether the US helped him escape, he implicitly affirms that assistance was provided by the US. A simple “no” would have sufficed if that the US had no role
8. He invokes Uganda’s history of targeting dissidents.
Uganda’s history does not have such episodes. Can he name a single dissident who was pursued "outside" Uganda and killed in the last 40 years. Historical patterns matter and his claim does not align with them. The most alarming one happened in 2024 when Besigye was arrested from Nairobi with cooperation of the Kenyan government.
9. He claims they are agreeable to constructive dialogue.
Yet he himself once declared and boasted at a rally that the only negotiation he is willing to entertain is about the President’s departure date. That is not dialogue; it is a precondition designed to foreclose dialogue.
10. He calls for sanctions and withdrawal of aid.
Any politician who advocates sanctions against an entire country is acting against the interests of citizens. Targeted sanctions against individuals are one thing; collective punishment is another. Ordinary citizens suffer while the protagonists continue living life normally outside the country that is sanctioned.
11. He repeatedly asserts that he has been elected President twice.
This is not merely inaccurate, it borders on deliberate self-mythologizing. Assertions of victory without institutional verification are political theatre, not political fact.
NOW I AM READY FOR THE INSULTS
