@O2 disgusted! A call to sort access to my02 has resulted in over three hours on the phone to 4 separate customer centres, my child’s number disconnected and contract cancelled, resulting in child protection issues, twice told a manager would call! Awful service

@O2 disgusted! Simple request for additional access to myo2 has resulted in my child’s phone contract being cancelled, causing child protection issues, now trying to charge me additional monthly cost for another contract!! Promise of a manager call back twice which was ignored!

@skiddle still waiting on my refund for Glasgows cancelled TLC concert on 26th June 2022. You informed that you can’t process a refund because the promoters @soundoftheudg will not release these funds. Can someone please pay me back, it’s been over a year. @OfficialTLC
