@TicketmasterCS shocked, appalled, bemused, outraged! Had an account for decades. Asked to submit id, it failed for an unknown reason, various emails later and my only option is create account with new email address. Bunch of cowboys! Worst customer service ever!! 😡

My granda 85 is going into care home tomorrow just to stay alive. Its £2000 per WEEK until his house and savings have been swallowed up. Meanwhile in Dover, the illegal immigrants continue to arrive and are fastracked to a free 4 star hotel at our expense. He still pays tax.
