This is not the first time that the Liberal Party has allowed candidates who have written character references for people who are involved in abusing children @rachelbaxendale. The Libs not only selected Carmen Lazar to be the candidate, when I was running as an independent for McMahon, but when it was exposed in the media that she wrote a character reference for a guy who performed a lewd act in front of a child, they kept her on as a candidate. She is still in the Party. They will probably try to run her again. This is not new for the Liberals. The Party establishment is corrupt to the core. Moira Deeming is too good for them. Dinesh Gourisetty and Carmen Lazar are exactly who they want, they are the perfect fit because it is all they can attract. Simple as that. Australia deserves better. #auspol #qt

Australians will pay less for fuel because the Coalition led and the government followed. But the government still has no plan to get fuel to where it is needed and it hasn’t ruled out heavy handed mandates.

@ALeighMP Retarded and so out of touch with Australia, if you want to be such a big boy then talk about the Epstein files and how K.Rudd is mentioned numerous times?

One Nation want to trick you into voting for them by making you angry. But true patriots deal in facts, not fear. My response to the commentary on my latest video. #auspol

My sources tell me that Dezi was discovered and that he fired first at police, with police returning fire fatally soon afterwards. News flash: If you shoot at people they can legitimately shoot back. That's true no matter who they are. If you become a lethal threat to them, they can use lethal force on you, end of story. Those who live by the sword, die by it. Whatever you may think of Dezi and what was done to him by police with years of harassment etc prior to the shooting at Porepunkah, I've said it before and I'll say it again: If you resort to violence against the state, you instantly lose. The state is fluent in the language of violence, it's their home turf, they like it when you resort to violence because they know exactly what to do with you, and if you choose violence you give them the home turf advantage... and this is the inevitable result. I'm sorry for Dezi's wife and kids, sure, but I'm also sorry for the families of the two officers killed in Porepunkah. These are ALL deaths that didn't need to happen, and I know this will piss a lot of people off but it was Desi who took the harassment and turned it into a firefight, and now he's paid the price.

@JNampijinpa @MoiraDeemingMP Nah, Liberals died on 29/03/26 when they showed their true colours and continue to back immigrants in high places.

This is an opportunity to course-correct – to right wrongs. All Victorian Liberals should now get behind the magnificent @MoiraDeemingMP. Moira should have been pre-selected in the first instance. But with the successful candidate now having withdrawn after recent revelations – and questions to be answered about pre-selection screening processes – it's time to back Moira. Victorians deserve that women and girls – and indeed all Victorians – have strong, principled representatives in public life. Back her in now.

Moira Deeming could defect to the crossbench as soon as this week after losing Liberal preselection ahead of the November election, in an outcome that has been described by one prominent Liberal as a “travesty” and “gift to the Labor Party”. #springst theaustralian.com.au/nation/politic…

Victorian Liberals are dead. They deserve everything that is coming to them. Moira Deeming has lost her spot on the ballot for the November state election to moderate-backed candidate Dinesh Gourisetty, a prominent figure in Melbourne's fast-growing Indian community.
