Flying out of tampa, @TSA only had 2 lines and one of the bag check machines broke. Still way faster then @SouthwestAir bag check in, only 3 counters with by far then longest line for bag check in a long time. And we now pay for bags, what happened to my old southwest

Got an email from @SouthwestAir. They changed my seat assignment for an upcoming flight. Why pay extra to pick your seat if they’re just going to change it? This is why I have already got a new credit card. There’s no benefit to being a longstanding RR Premier member anymore.

@Hertz why am I getting plate pass charges on my account for Rental I did back in December? After I’ve already been charged about four times already from plate pass for that rental now I have to spend time researching and digging this out.
@DonaldPear44355 I do understand your frustration Donald. Normally, our inventory of cars is more than sufficient to meet confirmed reservations. On occasion, customers don't return their vehicle as expected, thus resulting in shortages that cannot be overcome immediately. -Martha

@thepointsguy Tons of content about maximizing miles for top redemption in biz class specifically to Asia. But we all know seats are limited. Can you do conentent about paying for economy and they using points to upgrade? Will that increase your chance and costs?
@AmericanAir@kDubbs_17 Monkey miles had a great take on this. All of American Airlines profitability came from the sale of points to CITI. So the rewards program is what’s keeping them in the sky, so what’s the best decision for them to penalize the most basic flyer from earning award points?
We routinely evaluate our fare products to remain competitive in the marketplace. Basic Economy customers will continue to receive one free personal item and one free carry-on bag, free snacks, soft drinks and in-flight entertainment. Your feedback is appreciated, and has been shared internally.
Absolutely lost it over @AmericanAir no longer allowing you to earn miles with basic economy. I’ve been a very loyal customer with them over the years, including having a credit card, and this feels like a slap in the face. Having to pay money to earn miles is unhinged.
@Verizon none of your corporate stores have the iPhone 17 Pro available for immediate pick up within 40 miles of my home Best Buy has ample inventory, but they cannot see the same promotions that they have as a current customer. Why is that?
