@MudauWaNgovhela @koko_matshela He has his own skeleton 💀... He resigned from being a Minister to hijack a ⛽️ dealers opportunity and kept a chunk of shares which someone in turn dispossed from him...😃 God answered prayers.
English

@koko_matshela Why he then kept quiet about this issues for far too long?

Dr. Penuell Maduna told the TRC Cases Inquiry that the early 2000s were a turbulent period for South Africa’s security cluster. He explained how the criminal underworld steadily infiltrated and captured the criminal justice system, a dynamic that may explain the deep hostility between @SAPoliceService leadership and @NPA_Prosecutes .
He recounted how Steve Tshwete attempted to intervene, but ultimately failed. While Maduna recounted the episode with humour, the reality he described bears a striking resemblance to the events currently unfolding at the Madlanga Commission.
English

@koko_matshela Curious to hear why he abruptly resigned from being a Min of Justice to usurp (hijack) and insert himself into a SASOL opportunity for Black ⛽️ Dealers. Claiming he was appointed by the then President to lead that opportunity. He was never a ⛽️ dealer. He took the 🦁 share. Lo.

@koko_matshela SAns MUST demand another Commission to look at Eskom... and how SA got to be saddled with load shedding...

In this part of her testimony, Advocate Andrea Johnson admitted that it was actually Mr Nkabinde, Minister Mncunu's Chief of Staff, who laid the complaint with IDAC and not Mr Adams 🤔 🙄
Justice Madlanga put it to Advocate Andrea Johnson that she is a senior prosecutor who failed to prosecute without fear, favour or prejudice. Justice Madlanga was laying the basis for Advocate Johnson's impeachment.
She is as good as gone. Advocate Andrea Johnson lived by the sword, and she will die by the sword. Not even @CowansView, @PieterDuToit and @News24 will save her. @NPA_Prosecutes
English

According to her, she was born in South Africa, which she believes automatically makes her a South African citizen.
Mother: Mozambique 🇲🇿
Father: Nigeria 🇳🇬
On social media, some South Africans claim that a similar strategy has been used by some Nigerians seeking permanent status in the United States, where they travel there while pregnant so their children are born in the U.S.

Lie No. 2: The Unraveling of Andrea Johnson:
Enter the courtroom drama where the truth goes to die, or at least gets delayed by spectacular administrative amnesia. Reverend Dlangi a man quite literally doing the Lord’s work posed a beautifully simple, binary question: “Did Mr. Padayachee receive the Section 27 notice?”
Instead of a straight answer, Andrea Johnson immediately launched into a masterclass of bureaucratic deflection. Cue the "blah, blah, blah" routine. Undeterred, Rev. Dlangi cut through the noise with clinical precision: “Did he, or did he not, receive the Section 27?
”Throughout this cross-examination, Johnson continued to smile like a glazed porcelain doll, masquerading composure while burying the truth. But under relentless pressure, the facade cracked. She was forced to admit that Padayachee did indeed receive it, just conveniently, fashionably late.
It is fascinating to watch the collapse of a dishonourable pact. These individuals clearly swore an unspoken oath to protect each other at all costs. Yet, under the scorching heat of accountability, that very oath is shattering them one by one. Their collective brains are short-circuiting from sheer confusion.
Frankly, General Khan should probably fake a heatstroke and check back into the hospital; he is simply not built to survive the temperature in this kitchen 😆🤣.
The IDAC leadership and her defensive crew are in deep trouble. Their lawyer is currently behaving like cheap, melted butter thrown into a hot pan hissing, splattering, and rapidly burning out in a desperate, futile bid to protect Andrea Johnson and her rogue, factional inner circle. #MadlangaCommission #ProtectGeneralMkhwanazi
