@VerizonSupport Very bad service. Registered a ticket. No service provided on the bill and now requesting me to close this case.
No changes have been addressed in the bill.
Agent promised that bill will be updated by 3/17 and nothing changed.

@VerizonSupport getting frustrated with support team. Have been calling support to correct billing information. It has been more than a month and billing information is not corrected and to top it a new bill is generated with useless information. How long should I wait ?

@IndiaPassportDC it has been more than 2 months and I do not have the passport. Please update the website about the processing times. VFS takes passport applications and they do not have complete information. Washington office do not respond to queries or take calls.

@CarnivalCruise Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the cruise. I had to cancel the travel due to emergency and I am not getting any refunds from Carnival.
I would not recommend the cruise to anyone.
