John Swinney is getting cocky and acting like the election is already won- even though the SNP have lost a massive amount of support.

The SNP's campaign in this election has been so strikingly bad that I remain of the view they're desperately trying NOT to secure a majority, so as to avoid the embarrassment of failing to secure another referendum from it despite Swinney's "100% guarantee".
