There's no legal requirement for Tesla to supervise its Austin "robotaxis". The only reason to have a supervisor is because Tesla knows its software isn't safe enough for unsupervised deployment.

Well it looks like we just had a major setback with Tesla @robotaxi in Austin! We are now back to Supervisors in the Driver’s seat WITH hands on the wheel!!! What on Earth is going on? Also this vehicle has no “Robotaxi” markings on the exterior.
