@michelletandler I’ve never understood the argument against more shelters. Other than NIMBYS, is the argument that the space should be for permanent housing versus something temporary?

Assuming I'm reading this right, in San Francisco homeless transgender women will be given priority for housing. Women identified as female at birth will be behind them in line.
