Hi @united just tried to add my missing miles to my account and it was denied even though it was with 2 partner airlines. Any way I can add them to my account please?

@ridesnowboards had these boots 6 months and now the sole is already coming away. Bought them in NZ but now in North America. What do I need to do for a warranty? Need them for coaching. Off to the Olympics in less than a month!

@united massive line at US customs in Houston and no exceptions made for connecting flights. It’s going to be tight!

@British_Airways closing in on a month now and still nothing on my account? I’ve sent you booking references, tickets, screenshots of the website. Yet still nothing? How is it that complicated?

@qatarairways I added my BA account number to my recent flight with you. Is there a reason that I haven’t received the avios or tier points yet? It’s been almost 2 weeks

@British_Airways it’s been 2 weeks now and still no information on my account about my flight? I sent all the information across and this seems to be the only way to get a response?

@British_Airways Hi Barbara, I’ve tried that and any time I try and load it, it just comes back with “error”. It was 2 long haul flights so will make a massive difference to my account

@murraybuchan Hi there, as long as your Club number is in the booking and the flights are eligible they should be automatically added. You can claim for missing Avios via online: ba.com/claimavios. Barbara

@British_Airways for some reason you’re not adding my flights to my BA account so I’m not getting the avios or tier points for them. Is there an error in the system or is the app down?

@AmericanAir I’m trying to change something on one of my flights but you won’t let me until I log in. I don’t have an account and can’t change it through my BA account. What am I meant to do?

@British_Airways I still haven’t heard back regarding my destroyed bag? I filled in a claims form and haven’t heard anything in 3 weeks.

@British_Airways I have filled out the form and have updates but since there has been zero updates it’s beginning to get slightly worrying. I need that bag to be able to do my job!

@British_Airways @AmericanAir any chance of either of you being able to locate my bag? It’s been over 24 hours and no one has any clue where it is. This happens about 3x a year now. It’s pretty draining.
