Couple of key updates, @muzzships left hacker house to build in silence, miss his energy in the house who's a crazy non tech guy turned into full techie in no time.
Most founders think the work is the product.
The work is the person.
A few things I keep coming back to:
A pitch isn't a sales tool. It's a compression test of your thinking. If you can't say it in 90 seconds, you don't know it.
The brain that will ship the next version of you doesn't exist yet. You build it by doing the slightly uncomfortable thing every day, for years.
The products worth building are ones you'd want to exist even if you weren't the one building them.
Rejection isn't a wall. It's tuition.
A founder is the person who runs the print after the failed print. That's the whole job. Everything else is decoration.
Build and sell. Most of us build and forget to sell. The pitch is the product when you're early.
What you're actually building isn't a company. It's a person who can handle the next pitch, the next no, the next print, the next decade. The company is the byproduct.
If you stripped out every part of your work that was about being seen, would you still do it?
If yes, you're building something that lasts. If not, that's worth sitting with.

Day10, Building from hacker house rewind << | Got delayed due to investor calls. Entrepreneurship is not gender-biased. Anyone can build. Day 10 of building in public. Closed 4 B2B clients before lunch. Here's everything I learned today: → pitched at Dayananda Sagar University. Founders aged 8 to 25 pitching real startups. → One kid employs 50,000+ rose farmers. → One is building India's own AWS privacy-first. → One is saving electricity for entire enterprises. → I pitched my open-source, privacy-first wearables for enterprise. Two clients signed on the spot. But the deal wasn't the lesson of the day. The lesson was a 17-year-old kid who came with me. → Building a canvas for LLMs. → Walked up to strangers and pitched, no fear. → Every free minute, head down, shipping. It reminded me of what Chinmay Vadnere (COO, Jagriti Yatra) once said: "Responsibility is not given. Bengaluru is holding a whole different world outside of it. Got back to Hacker House. Everyone shipping. Silent. Locked in. Then two calls back to back: 1/ Draper Startup House i e Draper U. Something big is coming for founders. Can't say what yet — but go follow them on Instagram. You'll want to be early. 2/ An investor. Equity vs grant. I walked in confused, walked out fluent. What I learned in 45 minutes: → CCDs aren't debt or equity. They're both. → Convertible equity defers the valuation fight. → Your first cheque has terms you don't see until you read line by line. If everything lands, we're scaling open-source, privacy-first wearables across India. Then the world. 3 reminders from Day 10: → Anyone can build. Don't wait for permission. → Responsibility is not given. It is taken. Be delusional. Keep building bigger things. See you on Day 11
