when i was 21 i was -£2000 into my student overdraft NFTs were popping so i made a project with my bro and we pulled in £20k in a week a couple months later we sold out and made ~£750k in 2 weeks i held it in crypto thinking it would go up more but it crashed 10x and i lost it all

Well, I’m from Portugal and travelled a big chunk of all sides of the world. I agree with him, only good thing about Portugal is weather and food. Now food, depends on your taste, but me, and many world known chefs know that Portugal is one of the best cousines in the world, I can tell you with certainity that Portugal has the best Seafood in the world, that one is not debatable. Your comment just feels like you are someone that eats at every tourist trap, or just orders fish and chips. No offense sir, but feel free to order that dry spaghetti with tomato sauce and politely fuck off.

Not Europe, whole world. I keep hating on all things about Portugal, but no one in the entire world could argue about this one. I’ve tasted sea food in many places in Asia, Mediterranean (many countryies, all same bullshit, fried calamari it is), Florida, Hawaii, and many other places. Even the fancy Tuna you see in Japan comes Frozen from regions in Portugal. But because my opinion doesn’t really matter, for any one without the experience who doubt this, just watch Anthony Bourdain documentary in Portugal. Fuck yeah I’m offended about this one

I still get distracted, but I do things anyway, I used to be like all or nothing, and get frustrated if I wasn't able to focus entirely, and give up, right now, as long as I do progress on something, I feel good about it, and little by little I do more of that. Action is what makes you feel good, and it's a habit that can be created believe it or not, it's kind of like losing weight, hard to start, but when you start seeing the benefits it motivates you to keep pushing.

Some days are easier than others, I prefer not to take meds for adhd and just embrace it. I think the biggest thing for me was finding a sense of purpose and to remember myself what I want what I want. But as I’ve said in this post one of the biggest changes lately was starting to wake up super early, I now get up at 5:30 while the world is sleeping and it feels so peaceful to put in work at those hours, feels like there’s no pressure on my shoulders. Do you struggle with adhd as well?
