@DefiyantlyFree They will push more automation. Minimize food cost and labor cost. It will cost some jobs but don't see it bankrupting them. Maybe if they're too far behind the curve with automation.

How is it not common sense that a $20 minimum wage for fast food restaurants will kill the entire industry and end up bankrupting them and costing people jobs.

I never pay for delivery of any food or grocery item. Partly because I'm frugal. Partly because I don't trust strangers with my food.

@Helloimmorgan Many have sensors of some type. Sometimes a motorcycle is ahead and not large enough or heavy enough so you have to wait till the timer eventually gives you a chance.

Do traffic lights really have sensors that trigger if cars are there? Or is this a myth

@glynnlc @Coleidoscopes The US is the largest volunteer based military is it not? A number of nations conscript soldiers I don't see them fleeing those nations.

@myCDHands @Coleidoscopes A national that does not prepare its military for action or provide its populace for reasons to preserve the nation is does not care about being conquered. Creating a supply of unwilling personnel is not effective on its own. Troops will vote with their feet.

I don't think anyone should go to prison for refusing the registry or being drafted. I don't think either should exist. The country should be good enough to produce willing soldiers, or the government needs to take a hard look at their failures and be scared enough to fix what they broke.

@Ginger_Tucci You probably remember brand names and pieces of those ads. The repetition can build up until you see them in a store or website.

Do you know what I don’t understand? Radio advertising. Never once in my life have I heard something advertised on the radio and either googled it or bought from it. I find it baffling companies pay for it.

I’ve never understood how some people don’t realize that the idea that the entire space program, mercury, Apollo, moon landings etc. was a tremendously expensive multi decade hoax that has never been fully revealed or confirmed, is actually a bigger stretch of the imagination than believing that they put tons of money into a program using the best minds and bravest men they could find and actually accomplished a tremendous feat.
