Se mueve con una suavidad imposible, casi como si desafiara la física.

Yes, the United States has the most progressive tax system in the world. The top 1% pay 40% of taxes, the bottom 50% pay 3% of taxes. We can make it even more progressive by zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. It’s a small amount of the total tax revenue but very meaningful to people in this group.

These boys filmed themselves carrying out horrific attacks, laughed while doing it, then spread the videos around afterwards.
The victims now have to live with trauma for the rest of their lives, yet the offenders walk free.
Judge Nicholas Rowland has put women and children at risk by sparing violent criminals from jail.
Britain cannot keep sending the message that crimes like this avoid real punishment.

They then sent the video around to multiple people. Judge Nicholas said the boys were "very young, had low intelligence and had a limited understanding of consent." @ScottAtlas_IT 0 income tax but they would still pay payroll tax (SS and Medicare). If anything you could raise FICA tax to refund SS and bridge the gap in Medicare. Both tax changes would helps the young and elderly the most.
