Talked to a Shopify app founder last month doing $100K/mo. His secret? He replies to every single support ticket personally. Not scalable. But his churn rate is half the industry average. Sometimes the unscalable thing IS the strategy.

Claude has been beyond dumb this week. Pretty frustrating end to the week. First time in a while where I'm on the fence if it was any quicker. Thinking it's worth a switch to GPT5.5 and a new harness. Seems like there is little point to brand loyalty when they fluctuate so much

@myra_apps @ShopifyDevs Pretty much what @geongeorgek said without looking to over optimise. More traffic will help balance the line out. Other than that, from what we saw in our deep dive, those recordings include Shopify iframe initialization. So sometimes there's outliers there you cant do much with

Its because not many users open the app. The more users you have the less the line moves around. Just 1 guy with bad internet or by being far away from your servers can skew your chart because the number of loads are low and this one person opening the app a couple of times is enough to change the chart
