Go buy your own groceries, meal plan as you shop according to what’s on sale. Make everything cr scratch accept dairy, fruits and veggies. Cook from scratch and make meals that can be stretched to make more meals. Learn to cook thing’s like like soups, beans and rice. Make salads, pasta and potato, tomato and cucumber. Ground beef goes a long way. Have a pantry kitchen always and not a ready made kitchen. No proceeded food. You can make a meal with what you have. $481 is too much in any economy.

One week of groceries for a family. Nothing extravagant. Just the bare bones in a blue state. I stay home. My husband only leaves the house to work. We have cancelled vacations. Taken our children out of extracurricular activities. Cancelled our gym membership’s. We do not go out to restaurants frequently. I’m wearing the same old clothes that I have for years and I need socks and underwear, but that will have to, I guess, never happen. @RFKJr_Official @POTUS @JDVance HELP!

@tx4kids I went over there the other day, the whole Stonebriar and surrounding is a shit hole now. This use to be my home turf. Everything to eat or buy was right there. Even Nordy was depressing.

Many restaurants in Frisco and Plano now offer “complimentary” prayer rugs because so many Muslims have moved to this area. Some newer restaurants even have prayer rooms. I don’t recognize this area of Texas anymore.

The beef ribs at Hutchins BBQ in Frisco, Texas look less like barbecue and more like something archaeologists should be studying. Massive, smoky, tender, juicy, perfectly barked, and falling clean off the bone with every bite. This is Texas food at its absolute peak. Be honest… how many of these could you put away in one sitting?

This wife has terminal cancer. Her husband, although gruff, loves her more than life itself. Today he got her the car of her dreams. Make no mistake, that man would end worlds and galaxies for her. He’d grumble about it under his breath but he would. The delivery, the walk and the proud smirky smile….. chef’s kiss….. this man would move mountains with his bare hands for this woman. It’s those gruff ones you want. ❤️ Many said why get her a new car if she is dying? But wouldn’t you try to make your soulmate’s time on earth the happiest it could ever be if you knew they had only a certain amount of time left ? I would. 💔

I know a few people who've moved to the Dallas suburbs in the past few years. None of them really like it. In fact, complaining about it seems to be much of what they ever want to talk about. Is this a thing? Do people there not like it there?

I was stuck at the airport for hours. Flight delayed, no clear answers, just that slow frustration building. Next to me was a man who wasn’t just annoyed, he was panicking. Calls, pacing, that look like everything was on the line. I finally asked what was wrong. He said, “My daughter’s wedding. Tomorrow. If I miss this flight, I miss walking her down the aisle.” And just like that, it stopped feeling like a normal delay. They announced it was a mechanical issue. More waiting. @tx4kids North Texas has been conquered by foreign savages and thieves. You will soon see Indian and Muslims from Collin County in the US Congress and Texas legislature.

Can’t even go in the Prosper Walmart without seeing Muslim women in full burqas. And the parking lot was full of “student driver” stickers. North Texas looks unrecognizable compared to just a few years ago.

If you MUST move to Texas please do your research and talk to people that live here. They’re lying to so many that prices are more affordable and blah blah. I’m only speaking about Dallas and other big cities. If you move to the country you should be ok. But where I’m at (Dallas/Richsrdson) our property taxes have increased by 41.87% in the past 5 years. Our roads are shit. Construction is a constant. Dallas has corrupt leadership spending billions on unnecessary parks and trendy looking outdoor shopping strips. More apartments are going up and if they allow section 8 folks you know what to expect after that. Just do your homework. Texas isn’t all what it seems anymore. There’s a reason why myself and so many others are getting out and heading to smaller country towns.

@RE_DailyMail Camilla looked really to be enjoying herself the last few days. She appears more relaxed and comfortable than I have ever seen her. She usually looks like a beat dog. I love that she is having a wonderful holiday.

My dad called me today “Hey, i’m struggling to pay my property tax for this year. It went up almost $1500 to $8188 for the year versus $6600 for last year. I’m confused, i thought taxes were not to increase for two years. Did yours go up as well? This really sucks! They are trying to drive us out of the state.” My dad is 76 and lives on social security. He’s lived in the same house since 1993. It’s been paid off for two decades. Yet he owes $8k in property taxes, or the state of Texas will take his home. This is criminal

I feel so sorry for any elderly person who struggles with online admin / isn’t online and doesn’t have a support network to help with online admin. Almost everything is online or automated now. And for those who aren’t online (in particular the elderly), they are marginalised.
