Bristol: 41-year-old Ryan Kelly died in a grenade explosion at his ex-partner's home on Sterncourt Road. The blast happened around 6:30am on May 4 after he turned up during a reported domestic incident. It also killed his ex-partner; three others including a child suffered minor injuries.
