Today’s @IndiGo6E experience would have been a joke if it didn’t feel insidious. We were delayed 8.5 hours at BOM with zero communication and no ground staff in sight. After finally taking off, we spent another hour circling DEL waiting for a parking bay. (1/n)

@airindia My Vistara vouchers have disappeared after the merger. What's my recourse? Merging Vistara and AI will have case studies on the wrong kind of mergers - destroying a highly reputable and trusted brand (Vistara) with one that has no credibility nor trust among customers.

@aviationbrk @aviationbrk nothing changes in AirIndia ever. A flight late by 11 hours. No intimation of delay by airline people. No help in taking care of kids travelling on plane stuck inside the aircraft for more than 5 hours.

@narendramodi nightmare travel on Air India flight 886 fr Goa to Delhi. A flight that was supposed to depart at 2pm on 14-01-24, departs after a delay of > 11 hours at 1:30 am on 15-01-24 and after landing in Delhi at 4:30 am we are still in plane on tarmac runway at 6:30 AM.
