I want to reiterate. As I testified to Congress, In my 23 year IT career I managed over 3k H1Bs. Of the 3K there were maybe 15 to 20 that were qualified. Everyone else were "freshers" and their English efficiency was 10% or less. You could not put them in front of the client. They worked 8 hours on-site and 10 hours at night online back to India to accomplish their task. @AAGDhillon @amandalouise416 @BMooreSenate @1819News @USTechWorkers @iaproject @thencamekevin @RealWaKhan @ChiefEngineerCE @NeilMunroDC

🚨 BREAKING: Thailand Removes India From ‘Visa-Free’ Entry List 🇮🇳❌🇹🇭 Indians will NO longer get 60-day visa-free access to Thailand. Now, travelers may need to apply for Visa on Arrival again as Thailand starts tightening entry rules. This could be a massive blow for Indian tourists, digital nomads, and frequent travelers who made Thailand their second home. 😳 If more Asian countries follow this trend, Indian passport holders could face tougher travel restrictions ahead.

Recent layoffs at Meta said to only target Americans while keeping Visa workers.

It's past time for a law that ANY company that undergoes a layoff MUST lay off all H1B Visas before laying off a single American Citizen, and any company undergoing a layoff is banned from hiring an H1B Visa for at least 3 years.

JUST IN: Bolt CEO Ryan Breslow fired the company’s entire HR team because they were “creating problems that didn’t exist.”

🇮🇳🇺🇸 NetApp's Indian CEO George Kurian took $500M in US defense funds, then fired 700 Americans. NetApp is securing a new batch of Indian H-1B replacements as 700 families just lost their primary income and healthcare. Funded by American taxpayers. Betrayed for Indian labor.
