@AiProxAi Mine is totally different if you have visited my repo. In every stage i introduced event-driven architecture and the entire AI and RAG part is serverless.

@narayanCodesX Classic RAG production trap. Embedding + vector search + generation inside one gateway request makes timeout variance brutal. I’d split budgets per stage, stream generation, and keep a fallback response path for slow retrieval/model calls.

My RAG “Ask API” worked locally. Then the API Gateway humbled me. I hit the timeout limit surprisingly fast. Why? Because a single request was doing the following: → embedding generation → vector search → LLM response generation And LLM latency is unpredictable. That’s when I realized: Architecture diagrams look clean. Real latency doesn’t.
