@amazonmusic @amazon We can’t rewind/forward on Amazon Music on Google TV. Left/right just moves the pointer on controls, and the up key doesn’t reach the seek bar. Also, it didn’t auto-play the next song until shuffle was turned on briefly (bug). Spotify works cool! Ease-of-Use!

@googlemaps @Google Since quite some days, when we try to locate our loved ones on Maps, they are shown as offline. This happens on all our phones. We then have to force stop the Maps app and then try to locate again, and then it works fine. Why does this happen?

Using @gmail is a pain! I have two contacts wth same name but different email ids, & Contact List shows me same email for both but edit shows the correct id. I want to create label to email both when needed, but using label only fetches one. Why are your Smart features so dumb?

Dear @Google, Gemini on speakers just adds smartness, but no continued conversation makes it undesirable. Give users a choice between GA and Gemini & most will prefer GA since Gemini gives long answers instead of to-the-point responses & then asking if more details are needed.

@JioMart_Support @JioMart JioMart app is the worst shopping app. Whenever we buy things, if payment goes through we are lucky - it's that bad. Payment via GPay says your acc will be credited in some days. If I use a credit card (One card this time) it keeps processing. Pathetic!

Why does @SonyLIV always have some issue? Ads now even on old shows - why? Sports ads are fine, not this. Playback also doesn’t resume after ads. I have to go back and start the show every time. Please fix it and also if you can please revert to no ads for shows if subscribed.

@MumbaiMetro3 This is silly! Please also tell us how do we receive the OTP if there is no mobile network in the underground Aqua Line Metro. The need for Wi-Fi is because the only network VI, is also dead since long. Better get all 3 networks - & let's please use common sense🙏🏻😒

@ViCustomerCare I always got network in Aqua underground metro but now I need to travel before 8am and strangely there was no network at all. Why keep the network switched off in early mornings when the need will be more during early or late hours. 24 hours availability is key!

Can't use UPI as it sends OTP which it cannot capture OTP even when received. Can't add banks fir same reason. Why not allow entering it manually as well like other apps do?

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Wow... Now I realise VI has shut down the underground network as they have gone poorer, and I thought it was time of the day issue. My bad! Why not be transparent rather than wasting time asking number. Will port back out in few days since now Vi is useless.
