It took a little over 28 hours but I finally completed the 100KM Jurassic Coast Challenge. It was exhausting but I’m so proud to have seen it through to the end. Here’s me questioning my life decisions at 1am on Sunday morning with a marathon to go and me at the finish at 11am.

I’ve not had the same confidence in all the 6s being linked and it’s arguably the more important position.

@FPLfrasier @AliceTalksFooty 2 top midfielders would be great imo. Mainoo and youth team for depth. Bruno can also play there if needed. I just don’t want them to compromise on Bruno and Mainoo new contracts and the quality of the two new midfielders. Seems we’re already resigned not to get Anderson

I just don’t get this 2 midfielder talk. United NEED to sign 3 midfielders. You cannot go into a season with Mainoo + 2 new midfielders for 2 positions for a 55 game season. That’s just not how football works.

Mbeumo DOUBLED his goal tally out of his npxG (15npG out of 7.5npxG). The odds of that happening are 1% or 2%. He was an xG underperformer in all previous seasons. Utd are buying last season’s 2 biggest npxG/G anomalies - paying peak value money. He’s also 26 in August.

Incredible that essentially two bad losses (Leicester and Watford) meant Ole was sacked despite finishing 2nd the previous season. In one of those games, we had a red card and we were playing with 10 players. Not saying those losses or the ones against Liverpool and City were acceptable. But, hindsight says Ole should have gotten more time to fix the issues. He deserved that time. United board and fans both thought things couldn’t get any worse after Ole. Time has proven that those people were absolutely wrong.
