25 years, multiple promotions, 4 awards (2 internal, 2 international), never a poor review, every year manager allowed extra in bonus (discretionary). Laid off for H1B while whole org is being moved to Indian body shops by previously fired Nike CIO who took kickbacks. 13 months and counting without even a sniff. Cannot even get called back by McDonald's or Home Depot for retail jobs (overqualified).
