युद्ध के वातावरण में अचानक किसी खेत में एक बड़े ड्रोन के, गेहूँ के खेत में गिरने से इटावा ज़िले के सैफई इलाके के नंदपुर गाँव में दहशत और अफ़रातफ़री मच गयी। लोगों ने सोचा कहीं कोई मिसाइल तो नहीं, जो युद्ध क्षेत्र से भटक कर यहाँ आ गिरी है। अगर ये किसी सरकारी परीक्षण-टेस्ट या एक्सपेरिमेंट का हिस्सा है तो प्रदेश के नागरिकों को पहले से सूचना देकर आगाह करना था। जब ये विश्वास ही नहीं है कि ड्रोन उड़ेगा कि नहीं तो आम लोगों के इलाके में इसे उड़ाने का जोखिम क्यों उठाया गया। कहीं ये खेत की बजाय आस-पास की किसी बस्ती पर गिर जाता तो इस दुर्घटना से किसी भी तरह की जान-माल की हानि हो सकती थी। सरकार इस मामले में जाँच बिठाए और किसान के खेत में हुई आर्थिक हानि और मानसिक आघात का आंकलन-मूल्यांकन करके किसान को यथोचित मुआवज़ा दे। भविष्य में ऐसे सभी टेस्ट-एक्सपेरिमेंट निर्धारित निर्जन क्षेत्रों में ही किये जाएं। भाजपा सरकार में कोई भी परीक्षण सफल क्यों नहीं हो पाता है। सैफई की जनता कह रही है जब भाजपाई ड्रोन नहीं उड़ा पा रहे हैं तो सैफई की उस हवाई-पट्टी से जहाज़ क्या उड़ाएँगे, भाजपा ने जिस रनवे को राजनीतिक विद्वेषवश बिना रखरखाव के उपेक्षित छोड़ दिया है।

NEW SCAM BY OLA DRIVERS IN BANGALORE Extremely disturbing experience with an Ola ride today from Majestic to Jalahalli, Bengaluru. The ride initially showed a fare of ₹285 in the Ola app. However, after reaching my destination, the driver showed a bill of ₹5950 on his phone and demanded that I pay the full amount. He claimed that I had cancelled some old rides and that the amount would be deducted from his account if I did not pay. When I tried to explain that my app clearly showed ₹285, the driver started becoming aggressive and repeatedly insisted that I must pay ₹5950. Since he was speaking mostly in Kannada and I am not fluent in the language, the situation quickly became stressful and difficult to manage. I then contacted Ola’s emergency support through the app expecting immediate help. Unfortunately, the response from the support representative was extremely disappointing and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the situation or deescalate it, she repeatedly questioned whether it was a “safety issue”. When I explained that please consider it as unsafe and that I felt unsafe, the representative responded in a rude and dismissive manner and abruptly disconnected the call stating that it was “not an emergency”. At that moment I was left alone to deal with an increasingly tense situation with the driver. Fortunately, my house owner arrived at the scene, understood the situation, and advised the driver that we should go to the police station to resolve the matter. I followed him on his bike while the driver followed us in the cab. However, midway the driver suddenly rerouted and fled the area. This entire experience was extremely stressful and raises serious concerns about: • Fare transparency on the platform • Driver conduct • The attitude and responsiveness of Ola’s emergency support team An emergency line that dismisses passengers during a tense situation defeats the very purpose of having a safety feature. @Olacabs @bhash @BlrCityPolice Can you please help with this situation. The case was taken up on priority and coordinated with inter-state health authorities, enabling timely treatment at a Government health facility. The matter was resolved within two days, underscoring the LGSSK's prompt and outcome-oriented institutional response.

Madhya Pradesh runs a scholarship scheme called MPTAAS for poor students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC from Class XI to PhD. I’m sure similar schemes are running in every state. I just want to ask why not poor students of GC? If a welfare scheme already covers 85–90% of the state’s population, what rational justification exists for excluding the remaining section purely on caste lines? Does the state assume that all GCs are economically secure? And if it is aware, as it must be, that a substantial number of GCs are poor, then their continued exclusion cannot be accidental. It points to a deeper structural bias: poverty is recognised only when it belongs to certain castes, and disregarded when it does not, an instance of administrative discrimination disguised as policy.

एक बेचारा “अभागा” सवर्ण दरबारी कवि की कहानी.... • खुद लेक्चरर रहा • पिता प्रोफ़ेसर रहे • भाई VC रहे • पत्नी RPSC की सदस्य रही • बेटी ने लंदन के King’s College से पढ़ाई की • इसी “अभागे” सवर्ण की पत्नी पर पेपर लीक इंडस्ट्री चलाने का आरोप है, मामला फिलहाल न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में है। • इसी व्यक्ति के भाई के ख़िलाफ़ BA First Year में एडमिशन लेने वाली 13 छात्राओं ने VC को लिखित शिकायत सौंपी शिकायत में आरोप थे कि • छात्रों के साथ पक्षपात किया गया • अपनी कथित अश्लील किताबों को बढ़ावा दिया गया • छात्रों पर वे किताबें खरीदने का दबाव डाला गया • आधी रात को कॉल कर छात्राओं को परेशान किया गया शिकायत के बाद VC ने जांच कमेटी का गठन किया • लेकिन जांच का नतीजा यह निकला कि पूरा दोष छात्राओं पर ही डाल दिया गया • तर्क दिया गया कि “इंटरनल और एक्सटर्नल परीक्षा में अपने अंकों से असंतुष्ट छात्राओं ने आरोप लगाए एक बेचारा सवर्ण दरबारी।

Merit पर देखें तो UGC कानून में बदलाव के misuse होने के, पूरे-पूरे chances हैं. ये कहना काफी नहीं है कि सरकार किसी पर ज़ुल्म नहीं होने देगी. लेकिन ये मामला political भी है. ब्राह्मण और राजपूत समाज का vote ज़्यादा नहीं है, इसलिए उनकी अनदेखी की जाती है. ये राजनीतिक दलों की अपनी विवशता है. इसीलिए समाजवादी पार्टी, कांग्रेस, BSP, सब पर्दे के पीछे से इस issue को हवा दे रहे हैं. ये सोचकर कि इससे बीजेपी को नुकसान होगा. बीजेपी में भी ब्राह्मण समाज के कई ऐसे नेता है जो काफी पहले से कह रहे हैं कि उनके साथ अन्याय हो रहा है. उनको अब एक और बहाना मिल गया है. वो इस मामले का इस्तेमाल pressure बनाने के लिए करेंगे. इसीलिए इस मसले को लटका कर नहीं छोड़ा जा सकता. समाज समतामूलक हो, सबको बराबरी का हक मिले, जिनके साथ पहले अन्याय हुआ है उनका ज़्यादा ध्यान रखा जाए, ये सब ठीक है. लेकिन इसके साथ-साथ अब अन्याय के, harassment के, नए रास्ते न खुलें, इसका भी ध्यान रखना ज़रूरी है वरना आगे जाकर बड़ी problem होगी. #UGCAct #UGCRules #AajKiBaat #MyTake

So, I did my part. I wrote and spoke for last 11 days, relentlessly keeping everything at stake. Friends mocked me, ideological adversaries laughed at and party kept mum. Now mainstream media has been forced to pick up. It's your time now. Go to UGC, stand for what's your right of a free campus, without the fear of a law that is based on a data of 0.004% of affected students, tell them they can't take away your friendship, freedom, research and results away from you. You need to fight this out on road as the government is busy making committees to calm you down. But double down this time. A bunch of political retards, aiming to cement their political legacy on the whimsical idea of unproven injustices on so-called dalits, shouldn't be allowed to play with your lives, and by an extention, the nation itself. Protest to protect your future.
