@BloodConnection The real issue here is that you do not inform your donors that the points earned expire! Nowhere on your web page is that information shown that I have seen. I remain extremely unhappy with the way @BloodConnection deals with this issue & your donors.

@ncgator82 Hi Rick! Your reward points should now be reinstated! Our reward points system provider requires us to annually expire points, but we work diligently to ensure all donors are reinstated the points earned within the current year (2024). For questions, contact us at 864-751-1154.

Anybody else lose your TBC Rewards points on March 1? @BloodConnection - is this really your policy - expire all points on 3/1 and only reinstate points for the current calendar year? Not a good or fair practice, certainly for an org that relies on donors ☹️
