First, The Ladies should be conscious of the other gender, men. Men are different and therefore the lady should take into consideration that her dress choices can weaken men and be seductive which increases lust over her! The Scripture gives a deeper meaning to fornication/sexual immorality while in the same sentence, Jesus raised an awareness for women to be careful and protect themselves from lust by dressing modest and sane. Two sides of a coin! While men should discipline their eyes. Proverbs 7:10-11 And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtle of heart. (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house: An attire of a harlot! She's dressed like that! Matthew 5:27-28 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Looketh (women's dress code and appearance are very vital to reducing fornication or sin of Immorality) not entirely 100%! Those men went too far to abuse her, she shouldn't have been publicly shamed and her personality and freedom dashed. She needs to apologise too and vice versa. Peace and understanding is humanity. And hopeful we should have learned from this story.

On this day, the Kano Central Mosque, situated adjacent to the Emir of Kano's palace, was attacked, and over 200 people lost their lives on site. It was the darkest moment in the history of Kano. While I cannot speak for Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, Bauchi, Kaduna, etc, but for us in Kano, there is no doubt that the era under Jonathan was the most challenging period we have ever faced. The level of adversity we experienced was unparalleled and left a lasting impact on our lives. The destruction had left Kano in shambles. Those days, no one can go to the mosque, market, school, or even hospital without being thoroughly checked. Public gatherings have been banned, and night movement has been canceled. Kano was on the brink of complete destruction before the arrival of Muhammadu Buhari.
