Even @Lyft gave me a refund when they screwed me over and they are notorious for having horrible customer service. I have never been so egregiously scammed as I have been with @nectarsleep. Do better!

Hey @nectarsleep, if I’m going to donate the damn thing just give me my money! This has been an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend you getting a nectar mattress. They are uncomfortable and impossible to return. Also, their guarantee is bogus. How is this a thing?

@nectarsleep doesn’t believe in honoring their own guarantee. Maybe they hope it will be just so frustrating that they’ll make you decide to keep it. Idk what their motivation is, but it sure as hell isn’t customer service.

So, update @nectarsleep situation. They are now telling me that I have to donate it myself with no means to do so. Their customer service is abhorrent and not helpful at all. They are willing to donate the mattress, assumably free of charge, but wont just give my money back.

@nectarsleep asked me to DM them, and SURPRISE?! They are just parroting the same thing in my DM’s that they were through email. The 365 day money-back guarantee is not worth the hassle. I’ve been trying to get this thing removed since February 15th, and still waiting.

Let’s talk about @nectarsleep. I ordered a bed and after a month decided it was not comfortable for me. I emailed them to get a refund (as they have a 1 year money back gurantee), and they offered me a mattress cover. I accepted, as it didn’t void my 1 year guarantee.

Allow me to clarify. Ordered a mattress from @NectarSleep after seeing “Ships in 1–2 days.” Their explanation: 1–2 days processing + 2–5 days FedEx transit. Feb 27 order → March 6 delivery. That wording is misleading.

@nectarsleep worst company I have ever dealt with! Waited 20 days for my refund, called and was told it hadn't been put for processing by error. Asked for a manager to call me and can't even bother to do that. Shambles. Why should I wait any longer?
