Apparently $200 for “white glove delivery” from @nectarsleep gets you rude delivery guys, the wrong delivery window, and an opened mattress left leaning against your old bed. They didn’t remove the old mattress or even put the new one on the bed frame. Unacceptable.

@nectarsleep you really need to rethink your scammy slimy website. I just got the bait and switch, expecting an adjustable base I thought I was paying for with their "discount", only got a mattress. Indian on phone tried to get more $$$ out of me! I'm filing with the FTC. SCAM

@nectarsleep This is quite literally the worst mattress you can get. It will significantly deteriorate after about a year, and when you try to claim warranty like we did they will make it impossible. Stay away.

@nectarsleep I have no idea why you always advertise sales prices on your mattresses, it's honestly pretty stupid considering THEY ARE ALWAYS THE SAME PRICE!! Your classic full is $599, it's NOT on sale if that's the regular price all the time. I would buy another on a REAL sale.

@nectarsleep It wont feel like a sanctuary. It will feel like an uncomfortable bed that is near impossible to return, even with their scam of a 365 day return. Do not purchase!

Even @Lyft gave me a refund when they screwed me over and they are notorious for having horrible customer service. I have never been so egregiously scammed as I have been with @nectarsleep. Do better!

Hey @nectarsleep, if I’m going to donate the damn thing just give me my money! This has been an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend you getting a nectar mattress. They are uncomfortable and impossible to return. Also, their guarantee is bogus. How is this a thing?
