@neil_rees We've had a minor bugfix open since yesterday. It's likely this was actually a bigger problem than anticipated. Our team just rolled out an update that should have fixed the issue. Please let us know if that's not the case!

@neil_rees Hi Neil, just a quick update. Our parking team have advised that Emergency service vehicles have an exemption under the traffic act.  However, in this instance, the vehicle that is identified in the picture and on the footway has already had a PCN issued to it. Thanks very much.
