1. This service story about @makemytripcare needs to be told because the only response you will get from them is - "We need 24-48 hours". It has been 10 days since I made a cancellation of my booking made via @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares supposedly premium "Smartbuy".

6. As we all stare at another weekend, to date the only known status of my refund is "We need 24-48 hours"

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp - Where is my order? It was supposed to get delivered yesterday by 9 PM. There is no status of this now and the customer service is sending me template responses. This is not the first instance of some super shitty delivery experience by Amazon in Indore
